How to Make a Booking

  1. If you would like to make a booking, or have an enquiry, please first check availability using the website’s live Calendar and read the related Guidance Notes for Hirers pages.
  2. To make a booking, click on the ‘+’ sign on the day you want.  This will open a booking form which you will need to complete in order for a booking request to be processed. Once this has been checked, you will receive a confirmation email.
  3. For most bookings we recommend they are set to ‘Public – with contact details hidden’ in the booking system. This way the booking’s descriptive title is shown on the What’s On page as well as in the Calendar and may attract others to attend. Otherwise the booking is simply marked as ‘Private’.
  4. An invoice will be issued after the booking has taken place.

Whilst we would prefer you used the online booking system, if you are having problems with the system, need advice, or have a question not answered in our ‘Booking Guidance’ section then please email and we will do our best to help you.

Please bear in mind that hall bookings are managed by a local team of volunteers. Our booking system and email is not continuously monitored but we do aim to check all messages and get back to you within 48 hours or on the next working day.
