Hyrox Style Functional Training!

Join us on a 12 week block of fitness. If you are looking to improve your fitness levels, tone up, improve your body shape, increase your strength and improve your cardio fitness, then join us for two sessions a week starting on Saturday 1st March.

We’re running this in a 12 week block so everyone has a clear starting and end point. Setting your goals and measuring your progress over a defined period will allow you to achieve the best results. The 12 weeks will be progressive in intensity, load and endurance.

Sessions will never be the same. They will change the focus from increasing strength, improving running and cardio fitness to improving movement and function.

If you’re worried about your current level of fitness or abilities, if you’re ‘fit enough to join’ – then come along! All exercises will have regression, adaptation and progression available. The answer to low current fitness levels is never do less exercise. Just do the hardest part and turn up each week, the rest will take care of itself.
