Hall Hire Charges & Rates

Braco Village Hall offers affordable and transparent hire rates to support a wide range of community and private activities. Our pricing is designed to remain accessible while helping to cover the running and maintenance of the hall. Different rates apply depending on the type of booking, duration, and whether the hire is commercial or non-commercial. Full details of current charges and any caps or special rates are outlined below to help you plan your booking with confidence.

Hourly rate £10/hour*
For clubs, meetings, children’s parties
*Capped at £50
Weekend Events £100/booking
Commercial or Government use £100/booking

Notes

Hire rates for charity events, or bookings out with those described above are determined on application.

Deposits

We do not currently ask for a deposit to confirm a hire booking and we are usually able to facilitate any booking changes provided they don’t clash with another booking.
